The family company of Callum and Jemma McGlynn
In 2024 we bought an abandoned farmhouse in the hills of Andalusia and started again. Renacer Enterprises is the UK company that holds what we build along the way: a YouTube channel, a children's publishing imprint, a dog-walking app, a web agency in Almería, and one website that should probably come with a warning.
Each one has its own name, its own site and its own audience. What they share is who makes them.

We film the slow restoration of Cortijo Renacer, a €40,000 farmhouse that had no water, no power and a lot of brambles when we bought it. Between stints in Spain we live in a seven-berth motorhome called Dave, and we film that too.

Patch Explores, for ages 4 to 9, follows our rescue dog through France, Spain, Italy and Greece, one landmark, dish and animal at a time. Wild Wonders, for ages 4 to 10, is a colouring safari through the natural world, starting with the USA. Sold on Amazon UK, with proceeds from every book going to animal charities.

It started with Patch, our big spotty dog people crossed the road to avoid. PackMates matches dog owners for group walks on size, energy and lead manners rather than looks. Organisers approve who joins, meeting points are always public, and nobody has to walk alone.

Callum and Jemma, our children Hayden and Amaiya, and Patch, the rescue dog who ended up on the cover of four books. In 2023 we started looking for a different kind of life. In 2024 we found it in a cortijo that nobody had lived in for years, with overgrown land, no running water and no electricity.
We're restoring it by hand and living off-grid while we do. As UK citizens we can only spend 90 days in every 180 in Spain, so the rest of the year we're on the road in the motorhome. Hayden and Amaiya are taught at home as we go, and a childhood split between a farmhouse and a motorhome is turning them into remarkable little humans. The ventures on this page are how we fund that, and how we share it.
Everything we make carries the same four ideas: honest storytelling, slow living, freedom of movement and community first.
